Hyperfine energy levels of HCl (used in Lanza et al, 2012, 2014a, 2014b)

These hyperfine energy levels are similar to the hyperfine energy levels used in Neufeld et al. 1994, for rotational energy levels up to J = 7. For higher J values, the hyperfine splitting is not taken into account and the energies are set to the corresponding rotational energies [see table : Rotational energy levels of HCl (used in Lanza et al., 2012)].
